The " Not too late night night talk show " biography assignment is up on this page. This assignment is a cooperative effort between Language Arts, Writing and Technology. This assignment will be due May 2. We will begin interview sign ups on Monday May 12.
Mr. Eisenhower's and Miss Iacopi's calsses are a day behind, so they will be signing up on Tuesday. Thursday we will begin interviews.
When they are ready to be "interviewed" as their person, they may dress up for the part. NOT FOR THE DAY, just for the interview.

Book report assignments will go home Monday 5/12. A fiction book must be read during the duration of the report time. This assignment is posted. It will be due Friday May 23.
Because of Iowa testing, I will not be able to explain the project until Monday, BUT you can begin reading a fiction book NOW!
It is very important that work is turned in on time!
We have a new addition to the spelling contract, the Frayer model. I have spent several days going over this with the students. The words on their spelling lists will be identified to define/learn using this model. I have posted the new contract and a Frayer model for you to use.
Writing will continue to expand to more in depth and detailed assignments.
Grammar and D.O.L. (Daily Oral Language) are daily activies that are completed immediately when the students enter our classroom.
